Objective Art Awards

Darryl Robertson selected as a finalist for Objective Art Awards 2007.

Darryl Robertson was one of  only 40 artist who had their works selected for show  By the Guest Selector
Jasmine Watson who is a Jewelery designer based in Auckland .

Robertsons work a ceramic wood and metal sculpture was called "Equal but opposite family".

His Sculpture was based on the Exhibition theme, which was  based on the theme of a Maori proverb of  unveiling potential.  Ruia taitea kohia kai Rangatira. (Scatter the sapwood  keep only the heartwood)

The objective art awards Exhbition commenced on 16th of  November 2007 and will run until 5th January 2008.
The exhibition is Held at Nathan Homestead  70 Hill Road Manurewa, Manukau city.
