Rangiora ,clay and painting Ex26th November, 2007 An exhibition of people who create in clay and who create in other mediums. Starting on the 8th December 2007 running through until 12th Jan 2008 , the Rangiora's Chamber Gallery, North Canterburys community art gallery will host an exhibition for people who create in clay and in other mediums.
The gallery hosts many shows including recent exhibitions of Sam Mahon's"Talking Heads" and Micheal Micheal's ceramics.
Darryl Robertson is one such person who works in both in clay and is a painter, He will be joined by a number of other artists for this exhibition , which will feature artists working in two art forms. Terry and Maxine Bennett are curating the show in conjunction with the Arts council , it promises to be a very interesting show , and an exhibition to see two sides of the artists in one place. If you are in or passing through North Canterbury this summer drop in and check out this show. If you would like more information contact Terry Bennett on 021 1219717. Or robertson .art@xtra.co.nz and we will be able to help.
